I am a visual artist born in Hasselt, Belgium and I hold a master's degree in Fine Arts in Printmaking from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp.

My background is graphic, though my recent work focuses on three dimensional forms. I work where image, material and time intersect.

The urban environment is a core influence. I study the traces that everyday life, weather and time leave behind. Decay, rust, cracks and mold show how materials shift, break down and gain a different kind of beauty.

Found materials are central to my practice. I work with wood, metal and cement, often marked by history or damage. Each piece carries its own past. I look for a dialogue between that past and the new form that grows from it.

My work is an ongoing study of transience and the way time breaks down and builds up at the same moment.
